Fides Electronics does not independently verify the accuracy or authenticity of information contained on scanned visiting cards.
The App may request access to your device camera when you choose to scan a visiting card or capture a photograph for your digital visiting card.
The App may also allow you to select or upload photographs from your device for use on your digital visiting card.
You control these permissions through your device settings.
The App may allow you to create and save contact information received through a digital visiting-card exchange.
The App does not upload your existing phone contacts to Fides Electronics servers for this functionality.
You may choose to save an exchanged contact to your device after reviewing the information.
The App allows users to exchange digital visiting-card information.
When you choose to share your digital visiting card, the information included in the card may be made available to the recipient.
You are responsible for deciding what information you include and share.
Fides Electronics cannot control how a recipient uses information after you have chosen to share it.
If you permit notifications, the App may send notifications relating to account activity, digital visiting-card exchanges, contact exchanges, service updates and other relevant App information.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
You retain ownership of the content and information that you submit through our website or mobile application, including photographs, digital visiting-card information, business information and other content that you provide.
By submitting content through our Services, you grant Fides Electronics a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, process, display and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain and improve the relevant Services.
This permission does not give Fides Electronics ownership of your content.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit, store and share the content.
