If you have created an account in the Fides Electronics mobile application and would like to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request using the process below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Fides Electronics App account, please send an email to:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your account, where applicable, and include:
Your registered mobile number
Your name
Your request to delete your Fides Electronics account
If you cannot send the request from your registered email address, please provide sufficient information for us to verify your account ownership.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete or deactivate the personal information associated with your account where applicable, which may include:
Account information
Mobile number associated with the account
Digital visiting-card information
Profile information
Profile photographs uploaded to the App
Digital visiting-card content
Other personal information associated with your App account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, for example:
Transaction and payment records required for accounting or tax purposes
Information required to comply with legal obligations
Information required to resolve disputes
Information required for fraud prevention, security or legal purposes
Where such information is retained, it will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose or as required by law.
Processing Time
We will review and process valid account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the account and request.
Deletion of an account may result in the loss of access to your digital visiting card and other App-related information.
